We are a LLumar-certified and GTechniq-certified automotive protection and detailing facility specializing in window tinting, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, vinyl wraps, and auto detailing. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at viperwrapstudio.com, and your purchase of any services or products from Viper Wrap Studio.
By scheduling a service, submitting a deposit, using our website, or otherwise engaging with Viper Wrap Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Viper Wrap Studio provides professional automotive and commercial protection services including, but not limited to:
All services are performed at our facility at 171 Mattakeesett St, Pembroke, MA, or via our mobile detailing operation serving Boston and the South Shore.
All pricing is customized based on vehicle size, condition, service type, and materials selected. Quotes are provided by our team following a vehicle assessment or phone/email consultation. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
Prices do not include applicable Massachusetts sales tax or any additional fees disclosed at the time of service. Viper Wrap Studio reserves the right to adjust a quote if the vehicle condition at drop-off differs materially from what was described at the time of quoting (for example, significant pre-existing damage, excessive contamination, or prior improper installations that require additional labor to address).
We will notify you of any pricing adjustment before proceeding with additional work. You may choose to accept the revised quote, reduce the scope of work, or cancel — in which case our standard cancellation and deposit policy applies.
Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service.
Deposits are non-refundable unless Viper Wrap Studio cancels the appointment on our end (see Section 4). For multi-day or high-value projects (typically over $3,000), a deposit schedule may be agreed upon separately in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to equipment failure, technician unavailability, safety concerns, fraud, or circumstances outside our control. In the event we cancel your confirmed appointment, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid within 5 business days, or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.
All vehicles are subject to a pre-service inspection upon arrival. By leaving your vehicle with us, you authorize Viper Wrap Studio to perform the services agreed upon and to move your vehicle as necessary within our facility.
We will document any pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions on your vehicle at intake. These include but are not limited to: existing scratches, rock chips, paint defects, rust, panel damage, aftermarket modifications, prior wrap or tint installations, and contamination. You will be asked to review and acknowledge this documentation before service begins.
Viper Wrap Studio is not responsible for damage attributable to pre-existing conditions, nor for issues that arise because pre-existing conditions were not disclosed at the time of drop-off. If a pre-existing condition is discovered during service that could affect outcomes or require additional labor, we will contact you before proceeding.
Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before drop-off. Viper Wrap Studio is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal property left in vehicles in our care.
All sales are final once a service has been completed. We do not offer refunds for completed services.
If you believe the completed work does not meet the agreed-upon scope or has a verifiable workmanship defect, please contact us within 7 days of service completion at 617-841-7874 or info@viperwrapstudio.com. We will review your concern and, at our discretion, may offer a re-service, correction, or partial credit. We are committed to making things right — our reputation depends on it.
Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction based on outcomes that are inherent to the materials or processes selected, or that result from the customer’s vehicle condition, maintenance practices, or instructions given that differed from our recommendations.
Viper Wrap Studio installs products from manufacturers who offer their own warranties, separate from our workmanship guarantee. These include:
Select LLumar window tint films carry a LLumar lifetime warranty against defects in the film itself (bubbling, peeling, fading, and color change) when installed by a certified installer. As a LLumar-certified dealer, Viper Wrap Studio installs LLumar film to manufacturer specifications, enabling you to access this warranty. Warranty claims are subject to LLumar’s terms and conditions. Physical damage, improper cleaning, or damage caused by aftermarket window regulators or third-party modifications are not covered.
GTechniq ceramic coating products installed by our GTechniq-certified technicians may carry GTechniq’s product warranty for coating performance. Warranty terms vary by product and are subject to GTechniq’s requirements, including vehicle preparation standards and maintenance compliance. Details will be provided at the time of service.
PPF products carry manufacturer warranties that vary by brand and product line. Warranty details will be specified in your service agreement. PPF warranties typically cover yellowing, bubbling, and delamination but do not cover physical damage, improper maintenance, or chemical damage from non-approved products.
In addition to manufacturer warranties, Viper Wrap Studio guarantees the quality of our installation workmanship. If a defect attributable to our installation process is identified within 30 days of service, we will correct it at no charge. After 30 days, workmanship issues are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. This guarantee does not apply to damage from normal wear, improper vehicle maintenance, or external causes.
All automotive window tint installations performed by Viper Wrap Studio are completed in accordance with Massachusetts window tint law requirements at the time of installation. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any medical exemptions or special circumstances before installation. We are not responsible for tint that becomes non-compliant due to changes in state law after the installation date, or for tint installed on vehicles that were subsequently modified.
By scheduling service with Viper Wrap Studio, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to photograph or video your vehicle during and after service, and to use those images and videos for marketing purposes including our website, social media channels, and advertising materials. We will not publish personally identifiable information (license plates, GPS data, etc.) without your consent. If you do not wish your vehicle to be photographed for marketing use, please notify us in writing before your appointment.
To the maximum extent permitted by Massachusetts law, Viper Wrap Studio’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services or website shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Viper Wrap Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of use of your vehicle, loss of business income, or diminution in vehicle value.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Massachusetts consumer protection law.
All content on viperwrapstudio.com — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and pricing — is the property of Viper Wrap Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
The Viper Wrap Studio name, logo, and branding are proprietary marks. LLumar® and GTechniq® are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
