Every ceramic coating installation at Viper Wrap Studio includes a multi-stage paint correction to remove swirl marks, fine scratches, and oxidation before coating — because coating over defects locks them in permanently. This is where most shops skip steps. We don’t.
Standard vacuuming doesn’t remove embedded pet hair from carpet fibers and upholstery — it just moves it around. Our pet hair removal service uses professional rubber brushes, high-powered extraction equipment, and compressed air tools to pull hair out of the fabric itself, not just the surface.

It depends on what you’re trying to accomplish. A detail restores your vehicle’s appearance right now — it cleans, polishes, and protects the paint for a few months. A ceramic coating is a long-term investment (2–7+ years) that makes every future wash easier and provides ongoing UV, chemical, and environmental protection.

You don’t need to pre-clean the vehicle — that’s our job. Showing up with a dirty car is completely normal and expected.
You can cancel or reschedule any appointment by contacting us at least 3 days before deposit are not refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit, as that time slot was held exclusively for your vehicle.
All completed services are final. If you have a concern about the quality of work performed, contact us within 7 days and we will review it and make it right. Our reputation is everything — we don’t hide from problems.
